We do not provide services to individuals or companies based in the United States, Quebec in Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Bermuda, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or Sudan; (ii) any countries, jurisdictions, or territories under the embargo of the United States; (iii) jurisdictions where it is illegal under applicable law for the User (due to nationality, residency, or other reasons) to access or use the Services or the Trading Platform; or (iv) countries where the placement or availability of the Services or the Trading Platform is prohibited or contradicts local law or may require compliance with local registration or licensing requirements by any member of ChangeBtc. If you fall under any of the above categories, please do not register an account with us or create exchange applications in any direction. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
